The Essay competition on Renewable Energy took place on 13th August 2012. This was conducted as part of Shri Rajiv Gandhi's Birthday which falls on 20th August 2012. This day is celebrated as Renewable Energy day. 66 participants wrote essays on various themes of renewable energy. The event took place at Dynamics & Controls Lab - 4.45 to 5.45 PM
