The weekly meeting of the office bearers to plan the activities of the various councils of the Mechanical Engineering Association will take place as per the following schedule:
LITERARY COUNCIL - Monday
PLACEMENT COUNCIL - Monday
CULTURAL COUNCIL - Wednesday
SPORTS COUNCIL - Thursday
The Venue for the meeting is The Dynamics & Controls Lab (Old Physics Lab).
The time is 4.45 PM.
All office bearers should attend the meeting without fail.
