The training sessions have started for the final year students..
The content of the training is as follows

ü  Assertiveness test, behaviour profile & time management tests – self evaluation

ü  SWOT analysis

ü  Objective Formation

ü  Effective Communication skills

ü  Inter personal skills

o   Transactional Analysis – Test & Usage

ü  How to prepare for an interview? – What the books don’t teach

o   Physical appearance, Body language, Conduct in the interview room, General questions in an interview

ü  Group discussion – what is expected in a candidate

o   Nature of GD topics

o   Do’s and don’ts in a GD

ü  Resume Preparation

ü  Mock Interviews

ü  Group Discussion Practice sessions

ü   Open Forum - Discussions

The registered candidates have been split into two groups that meet on Monday and wednesday for the training from 4.30 PM to 7.00 PM
