Rules:
1. Two Authors per paper.
2. Format: IEEE format for full paper presentation
    Soft Copy: Microsoft Power Point 2007 slides.

3. Interested students have to register through their batch literary secretaries.
5. The papers must be directly or indirectly related to the topics mentioned.

6. Faculty names should not be mentioned anywhere in the poster or paper

Phase I: Abstract submission
1. Format: Font style- Times New Roman, font size: 14, not more than 10 lines, 1.5 lines spacing, printed in an A4 size paper.
2. Author(s)’ names with Enrollment numbers, year of study, Batch & class roll numbers are to be mentioned.
 Last date & time of submission:  - 18.2.15

3. The abstract needs to be submitted through the literary secretaries.

Phase II: Paper Presentation

1. Only selected papers will be allowed to be presented by the authors.
2. Hard Copies (2 numbers) must be presented at the time of presentation.
3. Presentation time: 15 minutes
4.  Scoring   (Judging Criteria):
                     a) Quality of Slides
                     b) Clarity of Presentation
                     c) Confidence in Answering Queries
                     d) Data Collection

                             2. CADMANIA

·         Participation will be entertained in 2D and 3D categories

·         Participants should come along with their Laptop Charger

·         Designing software should be pre-installed on the laptop

·         Any designing software can be used

·        Last date for submission of entries is .18.2.15

                           3.  PHOTOGRAPHY (Technical & Non technical)

1.      Maximum of 3 (Three) different photos per participant. Colour or Black & White

2.      No editing of photograph, except change in pixel size and DPI for specification.

3.      Obscene or obscure element should NOT be portrayed.

4.      ONE soft copy in CD for all the photographs should be submitted. Format: JPEG 300 DPI (1024 x 768 Pixels).

5.      TWO hard copies should be submitted for each photograph of maxi size (5 x 7.5 Inches).

6.      While submitting the entries the following details has to be entered for each photograph in a A4 paper and staple the photos behind it :

2.      Obscene or obscure element should NOT be portrayed.
