Dear Students,

Orders of the Head of the Department

All the Second, Third & Fourth year B.E Mech. Engg. students are informed and it is mandatory to fill-in form(s) (Mentee/student details form) with max possible / available data and submit in two copies,  to mentor (other to the HDME).

Fill it with correct details and refer your mentor (assigned / allotted) in case of any doubts.  Insert / paste your and parent / guardian photo(s) at appropriate place in the form.  Finally print and place your signature and submit accordingly before 30^th September 2015.
