ATTENTION : Final Year B.E. Students.

Dear Final Year Students,

The following circular has been issued for the Issue of Transfer Certificate for outgoing students - 2013-2014
It is hereby informed that the outgoing students for the academic year
2013 - 2014 are directed to submit the application form for getting transfer certificate as per the
instructions given below.

i. Students are advised to apply for the Transfer Certificate in the prescribed format model enclosed It can be downloaded from the following link

ii. Application for Transfer Certificate should be submitted by each candidate through the respective Heads of the Departments of Study on or before 30.04.2014.

iii. Fee for Transfer Certificate is Rs.200/-.

The Office will then scrutinize all the applications received and make them ready and send the Transfer Certificate through the respective Heads of Departments of study along with the marklists/Provisional Certificate on publication of the results by the University.

The Retirement of two staff members of Department of Mechanical Engineering took place at 3.30 PM on 28th March 2014.

Awareness Campaign Against Sexual Harassment.

The Campaign for Male students started today (11.03.2014) at the Kalaiarangam. This will go on for the next two days (12th and 13th of March 2014) with the support of the Annamalai University Complaints Committee against Sexual Harassment in Workplace and the Staff Coordinators of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
