GUIDE TO CHECK YOUR FINAL ATTENDANCE

On this page click on to the tab named Mechanical Engineering this will lead to the following page

Enter your REGISTER NUMBER and click the button Get Details and this will lead to the following screen containing your details.

If the percentage is in green - you can write your exams (i.e)  >80%

If the percentage is in Orange - you can write your exams after paying a condonation fee (i.e)  <80% upto 75%


If the percentage is in Red - you cannot write your exams (i.e)  < 75%

Condolence Meeting for Mr. K. S. Subramanian - 1971 BE Mech Alumni

Today the Department of Mechanical Engineering Condoled the death of Mr. K.S. Subramanian. He was the alumnus of the Department of Mechanical Engineering 1971 Batch.

The Head of the Department Dr. N. Krishnamohan Addressed the gathering consisting of Senior professor's and students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He recalled the contribution made by Mr. K.S. Subramanian towards the Faculty of Engg & Tech., his contribution towards the AUMTEC'71 Hall. On behalf of the Department two minutes of silence was observed in his memory and the gathering has expressed their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family members.

As the attendance details have been published in the University website, if there are any doubts or clarifications in the same,it has to be verified with the respective teachers and brought to the notice of the HOD through those teachers on or before 24th October 2013. The circular to that effect is as follows....

Dear Students...
The attendance particulars for all the 3 years has been uploaded in our university website. You will have to select your semester on the first page then enter your REGISTER NUMBER and select the BATCH... you will have the Subject wise attendance particulars displayed along with the Subject teachers name displayed below.

(e.g) Reg No 101031155 Batch F. On clicking the "Get Attendance Details" button will lead to your page detail as follows

Here the subject code 5, 6 (Renewable Energy Sources) have 2 staff members handling the subject hence Staff for sub code 5 has handled 16 hours and staff for sub code 6 has handled 22 hours of which the absent hours are 5 & 2 respectively.

For single staff handling a subject. Sub code 9,10 (IROD) only sub code 9  will be filled with handling hours, 10 will always be ZERO.
