CIRCULAR

The installation of the office bearers – Mechanical Engineering Association has been planned on 7^th September 2011 at 10.00 A.M. at AUMTECH ’71 Hall. The Vice – Chancellor has kindly consented to install the office bearers for the academic year 2011 – 2012.

The office bearers of second, third and fourth year belonging to all the councils (Literary, Placement, Cultural, Sports & Class) should be present.

The CALENDAR of events for the CULTURAL COUNCIL of the Mechanical Engineering Association is as follows.

The dates mentioned are tentative subject to change when the event takes place.
The Cultural Secretaries of the various batches have to make note of the dates and collect the participant list at least 30 days before the event.

An Individual can participate strictly in any two events.

b) Hindi Songs

c) English, Malayalam, Telugu & Kannada.
